Delete your Brainations account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the Brainations app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted right away. If you signed in with Apple, Brainations is also removed from your Apple ID settings.

Without the app (by e-mail)

If you no longer have the app, write to us from the e-mail address you signed in with, or tell us your nickname and country. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it in our reply.

What is deleted?

• Your profile (nickname, country, language) and sign-in data (e-mail address, Google or Apple id, device id).
• All your gameplay data: answers, points, results, streaks, league, duels, friends, invite code, blocks.

What may be kept?

• Reports you sent about questions and the reviewers' decisions, without any link to your account, for the quality of the question bank.
• Server logs for at most 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
